Leadership used to be natural. I used to be good at it.

Natural instincts to handle people used to be there. Now, I’m so out of it that i don’t even know how normal people feel. I have to realise it or even find it out.
Being not ok is fine. It’s fine to be not ok alone. But having to use and share myself externally...
