Have you ever been in love?

I have. Tt’s for sure.

Don’t wry…it’s not some random guy in some class tt I have been secretly eyeing on but I want to tell you a secret…

I’m in love with the lord.

Picking up the guitar again just made me appreciate his beauty and just you know…enjoy his presence. To me, it’s not loving to play the guitar but personally,

I picked it up…

for him.

I’m more than glad to learn any instrument. It honestly, does’t matter to me. I just want to use it to play for him. I guess tt’s why I’m every time I play the wrong key or make a weird screeching sound, I would pray and pray and pray to him plsplspls help me pick it up faster cos I really want to use this skill for him.

But then again, learning it thru the hard way would make me appreciate it more and feel hungrier for God and determined.

I guess.

it was nice spending my bday with so many friends in very different ways!
for PS, they came over the night before and surprised me with a cake and i ended up being caked. there was cake on the walls,my clothes and HAIR! there was huge chucks of cake on my bed...it was awesome! noisy and fun. i enjoyed myself!

anw, what i found the best was the dinner with my vfc big bros and sis. it was truly the way i wanted to celebrate my bday; quiet and just being surrounded by beautiful friends, fellowship-ing and just enjoying ourselves. we went to this ulu suburb place and had pancakes in this really nice place which was rather dim and dark but rather pleasant. in fact, i was more surprised here then with the PS cos i merely mentioned tt it would be nice to go to some suburb, just sit and think, read a book, relax and just take time to enjoy and be thankful of everything around you, the beautiful things tt God has created with his wonderful hands. i guess es wld know what I'm talking abt; her last post is exactly the kind of feeling/mood tt we both want to achieve. yeah...i had a tiring yet fabulous time and i thank god for every single moment

i found this rather interesting. it's a debate organised by the christian union here. the topics tt they are discussing are really what is going on now and close to a lot of us. i mean like the qns are really what we are going thru now; the stuff tt's going on in the world. i'm going for their debate. i think it'll help me in the essay tt i'm doing now.

for those who dunno:
boomers: ppl born after the war
gen x: the next gen aft boomers. it's called x cause there was so much diversity in the world at tt time and they didnt now what to call them
gen y: we are the gen y! we are basically the "why" gen, we are hungry for ans. we WANT answers. we're always asking.
and i think this debate is exactly a reflection of what pastor said ytd, the qns tt we want answers too.

just had lit lecture. never felt so nerdy in so long. took one hell of notes. my book looks soo.......colourful.

anw, we're doing a book: Fahrenheit451 by Ray bradbury. i kind of like the way ray thinks; like the questions he asks. they're just really......deep and it just shows tt he does think abt stuff, you know, life.
as much as i don't enjoy lit but this book is rather good. and i esp like this part:

She laughed at this. 'Good night!' She started up her walk. Then she seemed to remember something and came back to look at him with wonder and curiosity. 'Are you happy?' she said.

just heard some of the many frequent firetruck's siren that is usually heard once every 2-3 days. they're usually passing by swanston st considering the fact tt Swanston st is the city's main st and also because it contains so many student accommodations and usually students are the ones that set off the fire alarm.(cos the alarms here are auto. once the thing rings, the truck comes)

Anw, Arrow's fire alarm rang on Thurs night. i was so blur, i didn't know what to do. in the end, my friend tt i was talking to online told me seriously to go down and i did. to cut long story short, i walked down the stairs from the 7th floor which honestly was good exercise, one tt i seriously need and is very deprived from and ended up waiting downstairs for like 3min before the firemen came in and honestly, they were SO TALL AND HANDSOME!!! ahhhhhhhh!!! anw, it was a false alarm, wasted my precious time considering tt i have the most work due on Fridays but i thought it was worth it, the exercise and the handsome firemen. seriously, i could have just fainted there. AHAHAHAHA. no la....i was super stress then. the break was good.

ANW, i pity the person who set off the alarm. $500/$1000 gone. i cant rem which one but both is a lot of money anw.
