I want to...

wake up early in the morning
no not feeling all crap;
but the mornings where you feel totally happy, serene and just peaceful.
you know what i mean?

be totally pleased with myself.

and not frowning due to unhygienic acts of my housemates that was left overnight :x

make myself a cup of tea maybe?

take 5 minutes (ie. very long/ my time) to choose a book from the shelf
( 5min to choose a book is damn long can...)
not forgetting,
while all these are happening, my blessed speakers are softly blowing out some jazz/class
i would then be imagining myself prancing around as though I'm dancing with the lord as the music flowed away

when I'm actually done,
I'm still not done!
i would grab the book
and stroll to a cafe. any one.
( i should find a favourite one. hmm...)
{ butthen, i guess this is what this post is about eh?}
and as i stroll, i would be smiling like a love sick girl or rather a goof-ball :p
the little leaves left on the trees of Melbourne would rattle,
pushed by the Melbourne wind,
the stalk of those leaves would twist and turn
but for not long!
for the winds would prove to strong
finally leaving those scrawny branches.
with the wind

every step would be a luxury.
my right-hand unknowingly snap to the tunes knocking on those eardrums of mine.
and the other reassuringly on my book through the bag

And as i peep into the cafe that I'm tempted to choose
i bravely decide to sit outside with the sun as company.

take another 5 minutes looking around.
observing the people around me.
or maybe even eavesdropping about their conversations!

as i am settled.
i slip my hands into my bag and produce the book that i favourite-ly chose
(i don't think there's such a word as favourite-ly but we'll call that the fel word(; )
spending the next 5 minutes regretting choosing that book and
thinking which one i should have chosen.

but as i submit in and open that book,
my eyebrows would lift.

...
as the grinning waitress comes by to deliver the breakfast i ordered
i returned a huge yet sweet smile.
put my book safely at the edge of the tiny table
making sure it's far enough for enough space and that any sauce from my "breakie" will not conveniently decide to land on my precious book.
tuck in!

satisfied, i will spend the next half an hour or so
continuing on the book i brought along
before finding it too awkward
and wave to that ordinary and not so ordinary waitress
for the bill
knowing already where i should head for.

the park.
to continue reading.
and enjoying this moment,
like i did earlier.
alone but not alone

familiar yet not so.

excuse the vocab. not fantastic but I'm just happy i can read and write.

many of you readers will laugh
while many, will fully embrace what i said.
