i found this rather interesting. it's a debate organised by the christian union here. the topics tt they are discussing are really what is going on now and close to a lot of us. i mean like the qns are really what we are going thru now; the stuff tt's going on in the world. i'm going for their debate. i think it'll help me in the essay tt i'm doing now.

the toipics tt they are discussing:

Is God a delusion?
Does the success of science mean the failure of God?
Has God failed gays?
Has the church failed God?

i think it kind of relates to what the pastor preached in church ytd. we are the generation y (why).

for those who dunno:

boomers: ppl born after the war

gen x: the next gen aft boomers. it's called x cause there was so much diversity in the world at tt time and they didnt now what to call them

gen y: we are the gen y! we are basically the "why" gen, we are hungry for ans. we WANT answers. we're always asking.

and i think this debate is exactly a reflection of what pastor said ytd, the qns tt we want answers too.
